Benchmark Solutions participated in this transaction by providing Financial Due Diligence, Valuation Analysis and General Financial Consultation, as a representative of both the buyer and seller of Aesthetx.
Dr. Zeidler is a renowned plastic surgeon in her field and has assembled a multi-disciplinary team at Aesthetx that provides patients with state-of-the-art, scientifically proven technologies, based on successful partnerships between pioneers in the fields of plastic surgery and procedural dermatology.
This new ownership structure provides for additional growth opportunities for Aesthetx, as well as economies of scale, that will create a competitive advantage for Aesthetx going forward.
